During the online checkout for applicable discs you will asked if you would like save $2 per disc* and have the Jewel or DVD plastic cases removed if you don't tick the check box the order will ship as normal in Jewel or DVD cases. Some CD+G discs are factory packaged as standard in cardboard covers with the disc inside, *no discount applies to these discs, they are indicated online as "NON JEWEL CASE".

The cost of insurance is calculated in the shopping cart for you when selected. The cost is based on a standard charge of AUD $13.00 for the 1st AUD $100.00 and AUD $4.00 for each AUD $100.00 thereafter. For Example a AUD $469.99 purchase of a Magic Sing Microphone will be calculated like this: Rounded up to AUD $500 - AUD $13.00 (1st AUD $100.00) + 4x AUD $4.00 (AUD $400.00) = AUD $16.00 = AUD $29.00.

All parcels are packaged well for transit, however once an item has been posted by Karaoke Home Entertainment any and all risk transfers to the purchaser.
