Insurance & Secure Delivery
You can add insurance to all orders to cover against loss or damage whilst in transit for an small extra charge, this option is also 100% secure, as your parcel must be signed for and will not be just left at your door or in your mail box.
New Zealand Post deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays anytime between 9am and 5pm. Customs can also delay your shippment this is totally out of our control see section below for New Zealand GST / Duty / Customs.

Our daily cut off time is 1.30pm (Melbourne EST - Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for same day ship out, subject to stock availability, if your order requirement is urgent please call 00 613 9557 5100 to confirm availability and if it can leave the same day.

Each item online lists the delivery price and options available for that item.
The more items you purchase at the same time will result in a shipping discount that will be applied during the checkout process.
All disc orders placed with any equipment order will ship for free with your equipment.
You can add insurance (for loss or damage whilst in transit) selected will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you or given to you over the phone at time of purchase so you can track your order online, and these orders must be signed for, for added security.
Express Post is not available for all items, as they have size and weight restrictions. If your order contains both an Express and non Express item the Express Postage option will be removed so the order can ship as one consignment.

NEW ZEALAND GST / DUTY / CUSTOMS
Please Note: Your order maybe subject upon arrival into New Zealand to the local 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and Import Duties may also be applicable to your order. You can learn more about these charges at New Zealand Customs, though you may not have to pay NZ GST and duties if they add up to less than $60.
If your order is flagged by NZ Customs the delivery will be held until the NZ GST and Import Duty has been paid by the receiver of the goods. It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to pay theses Government charges and is NOT included in the shipping of your goods to New Zealand by KHE.co.nz.
This will inadvertently delay the delivery of your parcel to you until the NZ GST and Import Duty has been paid by the receiver of the goods and since KHE.co.nz has no control over this part of delivery process we cannot not offer any compensation whatsoever for any late deliveries experienced as a result of NZ Customs charges applicable.
Please call NZ Customs on 0800 428 786 quoting your tracking number to arrange your GST and Import Duty payment. If NZ Customs cannot find the reference tracking number please call New Zealand Post on 0800 501 501 and they should be able to give you the Customs Invoice number for your order.
If after contacting the aforementioned NZ Customs and NZ Post you still need assistance, please contact KHE.co.nz on 00 613 9557 5110 and we can lodge a investigation with Australia Post for you, though we cannot assist with any NZ GST or Duty issues only delivery issues.
